RESOLUTION NO. 3541
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT DEED AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
November 19,
SECTION 1. That certain Grant Deed executeq,"by George
M. Rodecker and Faye E. Rodecker, under date of30nboi=I , 1956,
conveying to the City of Azusa an easement and right-of-way for public
street and highway purposes for the intersection of McKeever Avenue
and Danlee Street in, over and across a portion of Lot 68 of Subdivision
No. 2 of Azusa Land and Water Company, as therein more particularly
described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 19th day of November 1956.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 19th day of November 1956, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Fawcett, Ortuno, Johnson, Romero, Memmesheimer
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

The undersigned, GEORGE R. RODECM and FAYE 8. RODBCEER,
husband and wife, do hereby grant and dedicate to the City of Azusa,
a imnicipal corporation, an easement and right of way for public street
and highway purposed (for the intersection of Mc Keever Avenue and
Denlee Street) in; over and across the following described real pro-
perty:
That portion of Lot 68, Subdivision No. 2, Azusa
Land and Water Company, in the City of Azusa, County
of Los Angeles, State of California as per map re-
corded in Book 43, Page 94 of Miscellaneous Records,
records of said County described as follows:
Beainnins at a point A Iffortherly line of said
Lot 68 distant thereof► 7 feet Easterly from the
Northwest corner of s t 66; thence Southerly
and parallel with the Vesterly line of sold Lot 68,
270 feet to the true point of beginning] thence con-
tinuing Southerly along said parallel line 60 feats
thence Westerly and parallel with tho Northerly line
of said Lot 68, 60 feet, sore or less, to the
Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of
Mc Keever Avenue, 60 feet wide, as shown on the sap
of Tract No. 13791 recorded in Hook 361, Pages 49
and 50 of gaps, records of said County; thence
Northerly along said Northerly prolongation 60.00
feet; thence Easterly and parallel with the Northerly
line of said Lot 68, 60 feet, more or lase, to the
true point of beginning.
