RESOLUTION NO. 3487
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by
Frank 0. Sarinana, under date of July 122 1956, conveying to the
City of Azusa an easement and right of way for electric and water
lines over and across a portion of Lot 1 of Azusa Foothill, Citrus
Company Tract, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as therein described, is hereby accepted, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 6th day of July, 1956.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting
thereof held on the" 6th day of July, 1956, by the following vote of
the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Fawcett, Ortuno, Romero, Memmesheimer
