The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: 'Trustees: I,ioon, Ce:se, Cheno-
weth, Peirce, Cit;, Clerk. Absent: Trustee: Meier.
The minutesrof the regular meeting held June 19th
and of the regular adjourned meeting of June 26th
and of the Special session were read s.nd approved.

A communication was received from the Union Rock
Company requesting permission to construct a railway
Street.

Trustee Meier presented the following Ordinance:

On motion the request of Maurice Jones for a two weeks
vacation commencing July 17th, 1922 was granted.

VACATION.
The City Engineer -presented a report relative to the
natural channel of the Little Dalton wash which was
ordered placed on file and there was presented for in-
spection by the Board, a Los Angeles County Flood Con-
trol Map of the wash, sheet three of nine sheets of
Map No. 3L-16 dated Sept. 1916, which clearly showed
the course of the water to be on an extension southerly
of Dalton Avenue across the Davies property to the South-
west corner thereof.
It was moved that the Board having in mind the foregoing
do now accept the Davies deed and authorize the City
Clerk to have the some recorded.

motorcycle be referred to the Sanitary & Police
Committee with power to act.

It was moved and carried that the matter of a con-
tract between the City and Ernest H. Maeding be
referred to the City Attorney.
