WHEREAS; it appears from the canvass
of the votes

cast at the general municipal election held in

Azusa April 8th, 1912, that the candidates at said election

2 NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of
3 Azusa do resolve, as follows:
4 That said Luther Case and Fred L. Clark having
receiv6-&-VI "hIghest number of votes for -=members of the -B-puA,of
6 Trustees for four year termp,and John S. Collins having
7 received the highest number of votes for member of the Board
8 of Trustees for two year term, and C. W. Bouldin having
9 received the highest number of votes for City Clerk, and
10- C. Leslie Smith having received the highest number of votes
11 for City Treasurer, that they are hereby declared elected to
12 said respective offices.
13 That said Proposition as to compensation of members
14 of the Board of Trustees having received "Yes" 57, and "No"
'1s -385 votes; is hereby declared -lost. - -
