SAID CITY.
Be it,resolved and determined by the Board of Trustees of the City
of Azusa as follows;

SECTION 1. That the public interest and necessity,demand the acq-
uicition by said City of Azusa ,df the following municipal improvement
to -wit; The Acquisition of land,and the construction thereon of a
g}nmh,1:31um and baths,for tale use of the City of Azusa and its inhabi-
tents;and that said improvement is necessary and convenient to carry
out the objects,purposes and powers of said City.
SECTION 2. That the estimated cost of said municipal improvement
is the sum
of Six Thousand (,$6000.)Dollars,and that
the
cost
of
said
municipal
improvement is and will be to Great to be
paid
out
of
the
ordinary annual income and revenud of said City.
SECTION 3.' The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adop-
tion of this resolution by a vote of two-thirds of all the members of
the Board of Trustees of the"City of Azusa and its approval by the
President of said Board,and shall thereupon ".use it to be published
once in the Pomotropic,a weekly newspaper of General circulation,pub-
lisped and circulated in said City of Azusa..
