That there shall be held in the City of 7 Azusa, on :'onlay the 8th day of April, 1918, a general municipal 8 election by the qualified electors of the said City of Azusa for 9 Vie purpose of electing; the following city officers, to -crit: 10 3 members of the 'Board of Trustees, long term. 11 1 member of the Board of Trustees, short term. 12 City Clerk, and 13 City Treasurer,. 14 and also for the purpose of sumitting to the qualified electors �� 16 of said City the question whether all the, members of said Board of M 18 Trustees shall receive compensation for their services as such i 17ACh members at the rate of ;10.00 per month&on and after May 1, 1918. 18 SECTION 2. But no one who shall arrive at the poll- ing mace after 7 o'clock in the afternoon shall be entitled to vote, although the polls may be open when he arrives. SECTION 4. That notice of the time and place of holding the said general municipal election is hereby given. SECTION 5. Notice is hereby given that a general municipal election is to be held in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, on the 8th day of April, 1918, as specified in the foregoing 'resolution, and said resolution is hereby referred to and made a part of this notice, for the purpose of giving notice of such election as required by law.
