The Board oc Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees: Peirce, Moon, Meier,
Case, City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: Trustee:
Chenoweth.

The following Resolution was presented:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER RESOLUTION NO. 700
OF 81800.00 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND. ADOPTED.
The Resolution was read.
On motion the same was adopted as read.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon,
Meier, Case, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent: Trustee:
Chenoweth.
The following Resolution was presented:
