A RESOLUTION BY TIM, BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AS FOLLOWS:
SEC. 1. That the public interest and convenience re-
quire that the F. 0. Engstrum Company, contractors, and its as-
signs, be, and they are hereby granted an extension of sixty (60)
days within which to complete their contract for the improvenent
with electroliers of Centre Street and Azusa Avenue in said City,
said contract being dated and numbered ,
and on file in the office of the Street Superintendent of said
City.
SEC. 2. The Street Superintendent of the City of Azusa
is hereby directed and instructed to extend the time for the com-
pletion of said contract as herein provided.
SEC. 3. This resolution in no wise affects the obil-
gation of said contract except as to the time of the completion
of the work therein provided for, which is herein limited.
SEC. 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this resolution, and the same shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
