RFSOLUTION OF TTT,, BOARD OF TRUSTIES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
PrCLARING VACANT CERTAIN OFFICES IN THE CITY OF AZUSA:
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Azusa as follows:
Sec. 1. That the offices of City Attorney, City
Marshal, City Night Watchman, City Engineer, Superintendent
of Light and Water, City Auditor, Oity Park Superintendent,
City Recorder, Health Officer-, and the Board of Health, be,
and the same are hereby declared vacant, and the incumbents
thereof are hereby instructed and required to immediately turn
over to the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa, or to the
Incumbents of the offices which they now fill, if such officers
are not reappointed, all books, papers, records, and other par-
aphernalia of their offices.
Sec. 2, All officers who are not reappointed to
their positions are further instructed to immediately file
their written report and accounting with the Board of Trustees
of the City of Azisa, which said report shall be examined and
passed on by the Board of Trustees, and if found to be in proper
condition, the bondsmen of such officers, if any, will be duly
released.
Sec. 3. The office of City Auditor is hereby de -

Sec. 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this resolution, and the same shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passag1;

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa, signed
by the President of said Board, and attested to by the City
Clerk, all at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of April,
1916, by the following vote:
