HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 473 Resolution No. 473 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO IMPROVE A PORTION OF SOLDANO AVENUEK, IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, AND DETERMINING THAT SERIAL BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT THE COST THEREOF. The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do resolve as follows; Section 1. That the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa, State of California, to order the following street work to be done in said City of Azusa, to-wit: First: that a cement sidewalk, five (5) feet in width, be constructed along each side of Soldano Avenue from the southerly property line of Eleventh Street to the northerly property line of Ninth Street, and also, that a cement sidewalk, five (5) feet in width, be constructed along the westerly side of Soldano Avenue, from the southerly line of Ninth Street to a line drawn across said Soldano Avenue 152.74 feet southerly from and parallel with the southerly line of Ninth Street and from line drawn across said Soldano Avenue 212.03 feet northerly from and parallel with the northerly line of Eighth Street to the northerly property line of Second Street, and also, that a cement sidewalk, five (5) feet in width, be constructed along the easterly side of said Soldano Avenue, from a line drawn across said Soldano Avenue 309.00 feet northerly from and parallel with the northerly line of Eighth Street to the northerly line of Second Street in said City, in accordance with the plans, profiles and cross-sections No. "B 42" and "B 43", and in further accordance with Specification's no. 10 for the construction of cement sidewalks in said city, except along such portions of said Soldano Avenue. 8� 9 10 11' 12 13 14 22 23 24 25 27' 28 29 32. .
