I 2 ' 3 1` A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY CF AZUSA CALL - 4 III ING AND GIVING NOTICE OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON THE 10TH 5 If DAY OF APRIL, 1916, IN AND FOR SAID CITY OF AZUSA, FOR THE PURPOSE a j, OF ELECTING OFFICERS FOR SAID CITY OF AZUSA AND SUBMITTING TO THE 7 gUALIFIED ELECTORS ANY PROPOSITIONS AUTHORIZED BY LAW: a 4 9 I SECTION 1. That there shall be held in the City of 10 �I Azusa on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1916, a general municipal 11 � election, by the qualified electors in said City of Azusa, for the 12 following city offices, to -wit: 13 I Two members of the Board of Trustees for a four year 14term each; w 15 One member of the Board of Trustees for a two year term; 16 A City Clerk; 1 17 A City Treasurer. 1s !I SECTION 2. That for the purpose of said election there 1s shall be two city election precincts; city election precinct J No. 1 shall consist of Az��sa City precincts Numbers 1 and 29 and 21 shall be a consolidation of said -two precincts, being bounded by 22 the exterior boundary lines of Azusa City Precincts Nos. 1 and 2 23 as fixed by the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County on 24 ly the 13th day of December, 1915 City Election Pre - 25 cinot No. 2 shall be a consolidation of Azusa City Precincts Nos. zs 27 3 and 4, said City Election Precinct No. 2 being bounded by the 2s jI I exterior boundary lines of Azusa City Precincts Nos. 3 and 4, as zs fixed by the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County on the 30 13th day of December 1915 1 — - • 31 That -the location of the polling place for City Election 32 Precinct No. I in said City of Azusa for said election shall be in the Crawford building, which is situated at No. 112 East Centre -1- 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 s s 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 1s 1s 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 23 29 so 31 32 Street, in the City of Azusa. '';; That the location of the polling place for City Election Precinct No. 2 for said election shall be in the Council Chamber room of the City Hall, which City Hall is located on the northeast corner of Centre Street and Alameda Avenue in said City of Azusa. SECTION 3. That polls for said election at said voting places in said Election Precincts shall be opened at 6 o'clock A. M. on the day of election, and shall be kept open until 7 P. M. of said day, during which time the said polls shall remain open for tbB purpose of permitting electors to vote thereat. SECTION 4. That said persons are hereby appointed to such offices on said Boards of Election respectively, and their compensation fixed at Five ($5.00) Dollars for all services rendered as such officers during said election.
