The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do resolve as follows: Seetio0l. That it is the intention of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Azusa to change and re-establish the grade of Soldano Avenue from the south line of Eleventh Street to a point on the west line of said Soldano Avenue distatt thereon 152.74 feet southerly from the Southwest Corner of Ninth Street and Soldano Avenue aid to the south- west west coerner of Lot 15, Block 17, of the Map of Azusa as per Map thereof recorded in book 15, page 93 of Miscell- aneous Records of Los Angeles County, State of California; and also from the northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 18 of said Map of Azusa, and the northwest corner of Lot 18, Block 17 of the said Map of Azusa to a point on the easterlu and westerly lines of Soldano Avenue distant 400 feet southerly from the southerly line of Becond Street in said City, in accordance with the following elevations; At the conjunction of Eleventh Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 638.79 at the Southwest Corner, 638.20 at the Southeast Corner. r- • 200. At -the intersection of Tenth Street-and;Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 628:74 at the NorthWest-corner, 627.97 at the northeast corner; 627.37 at the Southwest Conner; 626.86 at the Southeast Corner, At -the intersection of Ninth Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 620.50 at the Northwest Corner, 620.00 at the Northeast Corner, 619.70 at the Southwest Corner, 619.20 at the Southeast Corner. At a point on the westerly line of Soldano Avenue dis- tant thereon 152.74 feet southerly from the Southwest Corner of Ninth'Street and Soldano Avenue the Grade shall be 618.80 At the Southwest Corner of the aforementioned Lot 15, Block 17, said Map of Azusa; the grade shall be 618.20. At the Northeast corner of the aforementioned Lot 9, Bloc], 18, said Nap of Azusa; the grade shall be 613.80. At the Northwest Corner of the aforementioned Lot 18, Block 17, said Map of Azusa, the grade shall be 616.10 At a point on the easterly line of Soldano Avenue dis- tant thereon 26.49 feet southerly from the Northwest Corner of the aforementioned Lot 18, Block, 17, said Map of Azusa; the grade shall be 614.75 At a point on the easterl* line of Soldano Avenue dis- tant thereon 243.14 feet northerly from the Northeast Corner of Eighth Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be 613.70 At the intersection of Eighth Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be 610.00 at the Northwest Corner, 609.40 at the Northeast Corner, 608.90 at the Southwest Corner, 608.50 at the Southeast Corner. At the Intersection of Centre Street and Soldano the grade shall be, 600.50 at the Northwest Corner, 600.30 at the Northeast Corner, 599.50 at the Southwest Corner, 599.30 at the Southeast Corner. At.the{intersection of Sixth Street-and:Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 590.50 at the Northwest Corner; 590;50 at the Northeast Corneri 589,50 at the Southwest Corner, 589.50 at the Southeast Corner-. At the intersection of Fifth Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 579.60 at the Northwest Corner, 579;60 at the Northeast Corner, 578;80 a:r the Southwest Corner, 578.80 at the Southeast Corner At the intersection of Fourth Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 569:80 at the Northwest Corner; 56980 at the Northeast Corner; 569;40 at the Southwest Coener, 569.40 at the Southeast Corner, At the intersection of Third Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 560;80 at the Northwest Corner, 860.80 at the Northeast Corner; 560.20 at the Southwest Corner, 560.20 at the Southeast Corner. At the intersection of Second Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be, 554.00 at the Northwest Corner, 554.00 at the Northeast Corner, 553.40 at the Southwest Corner, 553.40 at the Southeast Corner. At a point on the westerly line of Soldano Avenue distant thereon four hundred (400) feet southerly from the Southwest Corner of Second Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be 549.20. At a point on the easterly line of Soldano Avenue distant thereon four hundred (400) feet southerly from the Southeast Corner of Second Street and Soldano Avenue the grade shall be 549.20 That between those points abl0e designated the grades shall conform to straight lines joining those points on the same side of the street. The grades given above are in feet above the_ City Datum Plane and are on the property lines of said street. The'profiles-of Soldano:Avenue designated and marked Profile No. 41 and °Profile No. 420, on File in the office•of the City Engineer of the City of Azusa, which more particularly ex- hibits the grades herein described, are hereby declared to be the official Profiles and to exhibit the established grades on Soldano Avenue, Section 2. The proceedings for the aforesaid change of grades shall be taken under the "Change of Grade Act of 1909" Section 3. The Pomotropic, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City (Lf Azusa is hereby designated as the newspaper in which t1xis Resolution of Intention and notice of the passage there, shall be published in the manner and by the person required by law. Section 4. The'Superintendent of Streets of said City, is hereby directed to post notices of'the passage of this Resolution in the manner and in the form required by law, and to cause a similar notice to be published by two in- sertions in said Newspaper in the manner required by law. Section 5, The'City Clerk of the City of Azusa shall certify to the passage of this Resolution, and shall cause the same to be published by_two insertions in said Newspaper in the manner required by law, and shall post the same conspicuously for two days on or near the chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said City.
