Monday Nov. 6th, 1922 7:30 P. M. 97'.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees: Moon, Meier, Case,
Chenoweth, Peirce, City Attorney and City Clerk.
Absent: None.
The minutes of the Special Meeting held Oct. 25th
were read and approved as read.
The following Resolution was presented:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING A MAP
OF TRACT NO. 5524 WITHIN THREE (3) MILES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA."
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon,
Meier, Case, Peirce, Chenoweth. Noes: None. Absent:
None.
The following Resolution was presented.
"A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE
ACTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD, TOGETHER WITH
THE CITY CLERK IN ENTERING INTO A TEN (10) YEAR LEASE
WITH UNION ROCK COMPANY."
Carried by;the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon,
Meier,'.Case, Peirce, Chenoweth. Noes: None. Absent:
None.
The following Resolution was presented:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION
OF THAT CERTAIN QUIT -CLAIM DEED EXECUTED MAY 23RD,
1922 BYWM. H. DAVIES IN FAVOR OF THE CITY OF AZUSA."
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon,
Meier, Case, Peirce# Chenoweth. Noes: None. Absent:
None.
The following Resolution was presented:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER
OF $400.00 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE WATER FUND.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon,
Meier, Case, Peirce, Chenoweth. Noes: None. Absent:
None..

On motion duly carried the City Clerk was authorized SO. CO. GAS CO.
to issue a permit to the Southern Counties Gas Company GRANTED PERMIT
to excavate from the S. E. corner of Centre Street TO EXCAVATE.
South on the vast side of Dalton Avenue for gas main.
The Superintendent of Water and Light was authorized
to purchase supplies:
2 Coils No. 8 wire
1 Coil No. 10 wire
10 5 Amp. Light Meters
6 Radiant Balls
12 150 Watt Globes
12 100 Watt Globes
12 60 Watt Globes
3 Doz. service cocks --and fittings
' not to exceed $30.00
20 No. 3 Concrete Meter Boxes.

Street Superintendent authorized to purchase one
b -lade and circle for road grader and one pair of

The matter of an electric street sign was re-
