The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees: Moon, Meier, Case,
Chenoweth, Peirce, City Attorney and City Clerk.
Absent: None.
The minutes of the regular meeting held Nov. 6th
were read and approved as read.

The application of Frank S. White for permission FRANK S. WHITE
to.construct a driveway into his premises at 934 GRANTED PERMISSION
N.,Soldano Avenue was granted such work to be done TO CONSTRUCT DRIVE -
under the supervision of the Street Superintendent. WAY.
The application of Dan Dorilio for permission to DAN DORILIO GRANTED
construct a driveway into Lot 22 Blk. 47 was granted PERMISSION TO CON -
such work to be done under the supervision of the STRUCT DRIVEWAY.
Street Superintendent.
The request of K. H. Weadon for permission to re-
move the pepper tree in front of his service station
was granted.
A petition was read asking that a light be install-
ed on the east side of San Gabriel Avenue between
Ninth and Tenth Streets and on motion the Light
Superintendent was instructed to install such light.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon,
Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent:
None.
It was moved that the Tax Collector be authorized
to cancel the personal property assessment of E. H.
Matney.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon,
Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent:
None.
It was moved that the City Assessor be authorized,
in all cases where persons are entitled to the tax
exemption allowed ex -soldiers or their widows and
have failed to file their affidavits as required to
accept the affidavits dated back and enter such ex-
emption on the tax roll.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: ;loon,
Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent:
None.

It was moved that the City Engineer be authorized
'to erect a sign at the cyanide plant to stop through traffic on the temporary road.

The Water and Light Superintendent was instructed to
take up with the Home Telephone Company the matter
of running the city light wire on telephone poles bet-
ween Orange and Lemon Avenues and between 6th and Centre
Streets.

The matter of purchase of a settelene torch was
referred to Trustees Chenoweth, Moon and Light
and Water Superintendent Peirce.
It was moved that the Board of Trustees go on
record as opposing the matter of making District
#4 a game refuge.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees:
Moon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved that the following bills be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn upon the Treasury for
the same.
