A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY.
OF AZUSA RESCINDING RESOLUTION Id0. 892, DULY ADOPTED
ON J'HE 28TH DAY OF 11AY, 1926.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of said city did
by Resolution No. 892, duly adopted on the 28th day
Of flay, 1926, declare the office of the City Attorney
Of the City of Azusa vacant and elect Thomas A. Berkebile
to fill said vacancy;
KHEREAS, said Thomas .1. Berkebile has not yet qualified
as such City Attorney by taking the oath of office; and
NHEREAS, it was not the intention of the said Board
of Trustees to create a vacancy in said office prior to
the 1st day of June, 1926;
NO'rV, THEREFORE, BE IT _ESOLVED THAT THE said Reso-
lution No. 892, entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE, BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF `i'Hr, CITY OF AZUSA, DECLARING THE OFFICE OF CITY
ATTORNEY VAC.14T ND =.PPOINTING THOI,h�S BERKEBILE TO TH':T
OFFICE, AND FIXING HIS SALARY 0? COMPENSATION", duly adopted
on the 28th day of May, 1926, be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa
at a regular meeting held June 7th, 1926, by the following
vote of the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Durrell, Beck, Loney, Chenoweth, Howard.
Noes: Trustees: None.
Absnet; Trustees: bone.
