A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING SECTION #2 OF RESOLUTION #477, ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF COLLECTOR OF REVENUE IN SAID CITY, APPOINTING Ali INCUMBENT TO SAID OFFICE, FIXING THE COIJPENSATION TO BE PAID FOR SERVICES PERFORI,IED AS SUCH COLLECTOR, AND PER - SCRIBING ITS DUTIES. SECTION 2. That the duties of such office shall be to receive, at an office to be located in the City Hall of the City of Azusa, the revenue from the City Light and 'Nater Plant which said office shall be kept open between the hours of 9 A. M. and 5 P. 1j. of each and every day in the week except Sunday, and provided that said office may close at 12 Id. on Saturday and during any Holidays. That said clerk of Revenue shall further keep and prepare an adequate system of accounts of all monies received by her, and shall pay the same to the City Trueasurer to the credit of the proper account as required by law, and shall preform such other duties as may be required of her by the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa.
