follows:
The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do resolve as
SECTION I. That the office of Tax Collector of the
City of Azusa is hereby declared vacant.
SECTION II. That ;AIm. J. Bolden be and he is hereby
hppointed to the office of Tax Collector to serve during the
pleasure of the Board and his salary or compensation is here-
by fixed at the sum of"'30.00 per month.
