HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 8390 RESOLUTION NO. 839 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE OFFICE OF SPECIAL POLICE OFFICER OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, NOW HELD BY JAMES H. McNEAL VACANT AND APPOINTING C. C. COLLINS TO THAT OFFICE AND FLKI14G HIS SALARY OR COMPENSATION. The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa, do resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the office of Special Police Officer of the City of Azusa, now held by James H. McNeal is hereby declared vacant. SECTION 2. That C. C. Collins be, and he is hereby appoint- ed to the office of Special Police Officer of the City of Azusa to serve during the pleasure of the Board and his salary or compensation is hereby 1. fixed at the sum of 5125.00 per month. SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized.to certify to the passage of this Resolution and the same shall thereupon and there- after be in full force and effect from and after the 15th day of June, 1925.
