JANUARY 29th, 1923 City of Azusa above time and Present at roll call: Trustees: Moon, Meier, Chenoweth, Case, Peirce. Absent: None. The following Notice of Special Meeting was read. I hereby call a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa to meet in the Council Chamber on Monday, the 29th day of January, 1923 at 7:30 P. M. of said day. The object of this meeting is to consider and act in the following matters: let -- Changes in plans of municipal sign at intersection of Azusa Avenue and Centre Street. 2nd -- Matter of invitation of Engineer Reagan to trip of inspection of the Flood Control work on San Gabriel River. W. Reagan, Chief Engineer LETTER FROM J. W. REAGAN, of the County Flood Control was read. READ. It was moved and carried that the City Clerk be instructed to write Chief Engineer Reagan to join the Board in a tour of in- spection of the Flood Control work along the river. It was moved that Mr. Case be authorized to -let $17,000 more insurance on Library and City Hall. Carried by the -following vote: Ayes: Trustees. Moon, Meier, Case, Pierce. Noes: None. Absent: None.
