A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, ENDORSING AND APPROVING "THE 14ATTER OF A PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL SPUR FROM THE SANTA FE RAILROAD. fo 110 ws The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do resolve as THAT, Whereas the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa be- lieve that the property, consisting of some 1bur or five hundred acres lying in the western portion of the city and north of the Foot -Hill Boulevard suitable for and is destined to be used for industrial par - poses and, WHEREAS, the Santa Fe Railway is now considering a plan for a spur track across the Foot -Hill Boulevard from the main line thereof, upon the said lands, and, WHEREAS, there exists an immediate aryl urgent need for such spur to connect with the factory of the Bartlett Nu Products Company which is already under contract to build in this district. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa go on record as heartily approving and endorsing such plan and urging its consumation.
