RESOLUTION NO. 781
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA,
CALIFORNIA, BEING RESOLUTION NO. 781, DECLARING THE OFFICE OF CITY RE-
CORDER OF THE CITY OF AZUSA VACANT, APPOINTING J. 0. DURRELL TO THAT
OFFICE AND FIXING HIS SALARY OR COfTFENSATION.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do resolve as
fol lows :
SECTION 1. That the office of the City Recorder of the
City of Azusa is hereby declared vacant.
SECTION 2. That J. 0. Durrell be and he is hereby appoint-
ed to the office.of the City Recorder of the City of Azusa to serve dur-
ing the pleasure of the Board and his salary or compensation is hereby
fixed at the sum of q�p50.00 per month.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify
to the passage of this Resolution and the same shall thereupon and there-
after be in full force and effect on and after May 1st, 1924.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed by the
Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa and signed by the President of
