in the Cit;; of Azusa, County of Los
Angeles, State
of Califori.a, or.
;onday, the 14th day of npril, 1924,
as required
by law; and

NHEREAS, it appears that notice of said election was duly and
legally riven, and that there was one voting precinct established
for holding said election, consisting of consolidation; of regular
Cit;; Precinct for holding State; and County elections, as the same
were established by the Board of ,supervisors of Los Angeles County
on the Wh day of December, 1921, and now being on record in Book
67-A of the Minutes of the said Board of ;supervisors; that election
officers were appointed and election supplies furnished, and that in
all respects said flection was held and conducted and the cotes cast
thereat received and canvassed and the returns thereof Pride and de-
clared, in time, form and manner as required by the General Lavas of
the State of California governing elections in cities of the fifth
and sixth classes; and

to canvass the returns of said election and install the newly elected
officers, whereupon the said Board found that the dumber of votes

That said re-ular Eunicipal Election arcs held and conducted in
the City of Azusa CLrliforria, oil i,ionduy the 14th day of april, 1924,
iii time, form and ,canner as required by law;
That there was one voting precinct established :for the purpose
of holdinj said election, consisting of a consolidation of the re-
gular election precincts established for holding general State and
County elections as follows:
Consolidated Voting rrecinct A, comprising State and County
Precincts too. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
That the whole nimlber of votes cast in said City of �%usa at
said election was 623;
