RESOLUTION NO. 633
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE'S OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 597 OF SAID CITY AND APPOINTING FREDERICK
BAKER CITY ATTORNEY OF SAID CITY AND FIXING HIS COMPE11SATION.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the office of City Attorney of the City of Azusa
be and the same is hereby declared to be vacant, and Resolution No. 597
of said City repealed.
Section 2. That Frederick Baker be and he is hereby appointed
to the office of City Attorney of said City of Azusa to hold office
during the pleasure of said Board and his or compensation is hereby fixed
at the sum of Eighty ($80.00) Dollars per month, commencing November 1st,
1920, and he shall receive such additional compensation for any litigation
to which said City or any of the officials thereof, as such officials,
may be parties, and for any proceedings before the Railroad Commission of
the State of California, and for legal services in connection with any
bond issue or other special election as such services may be reasonably
worth and which may be agreed upon between himsdlf and said Board of
Trustees.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shail be in force and
effect.

I, J. 0. Durrell, City Clerk of the City of Azusa do hereby cer-
tify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed by the Board of
Trustees of the City of Azusa and signed by the President of said Board
at a regular meeting thereof held on the let day of November, 1920, and
that the some was adopted by the following vote, to -wit:
