HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 11501 RESOLUTION NO. 1150 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 4 AZUSA FI%ING THE SALRRY OR COMPENSATION OF CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR 5 UNDER SECTION 56 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 261. 6 WB EREAS Section 56 of Ordinance 261 of the City 7 of Azusa authorizes the City Council of said City to fix the sal- 8 ary or compensation of the City Building Inspector by resolution: 9 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: 10 Section 1: That the oompensation or salary of the 11 Building Inspector of the City of Azusa be and the same is hereby 12 fixed and designated at the a= of One ($1.00) Dollar per month, 13 beginning with the first day of June, 1929. 14 Section 2: That all fees collected and received by sai 15 16 Building Inspector for issueing any permit mentioned in Section 4 17 of said Ordinance No. 261 shall be by him paid into the City Treas 18 ary as provided in Sections 7 and 8 of said Ordinance and that the 19 same shall not thereafter be paid to said Building Inspector. 20 I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution 21 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting held July lett 1929, by the following 22 vote of the Council: 23 24 Ayes: Councilmen: Johnson, Mace, Muehe, Meier. , 25 Noes: None. 26 Absent: Councilman: Demmitt, 27 Q ty Clark of thexlCipf Azusa. 28 29 APPROVED THIS 1st DAY OF JULY 191929. 30 31 Mayor of t e-Ci-ty of zusa$. 32 -1- 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 •ter 0 r, I, L.
