A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF: CITY OF
AZUSA, TO GIVE ORDINANCE NO. 288, BEING A ZONING ORDINANCE
IT'S FIRST READING.
The City Council of the City of Azusa do resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS the final report of the City Planning
Commission was duly filed in the office of the City Clerk
on the 19th day of August, 1929, and
WHEP SEAS Notice of hearing on said final report
was duly published as required by law at the direction of
the City Council of the City of Azusa, and
';IIIEREAS Public Hearing on said report was had
before this Council at the time rnd place named in said
Notice of Hearing, and
WHEREAS no cbiections were made to said final
report and said report having been adopted by the City
Council of the City of Azusa,
TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, Ordinance No.
288 being the Zoning Ordinance drawn in compliance with
the final report of said Planning Commission and said
ordinance having been recommended by said Planning Com-
mission, be given its first reading..
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the
City of Azusa at a regular meeting held September 16, lf'29,
by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen
Mace, Muehe, Meier.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Gouncilmen: Demmitt and Johnson.
