That bonds shall be issued upon the security S6go.7o of the unpaid assessments to said amount of $5964:716, in ac- cordance with the provisions of said improvement act and the "Im- provement Bond Act of 1915" and under and pursuant to the resolutions, notices and proceedings of said Council duly adopted and taken; said bonds shall be called "Improvement Bonds", shall be fifteen (15) in number, shall be dated August 6, 1928; and the demonimation.of said bonds and the interest coupons required to be attached thereto, with their respective numbers and dates of maturity, are as follows: BOND NO. '_d list filed by the Superinten•9.c;r of Streets and doterm_nod by rh-, Ciry Council together ti:ith interoat thereon., sliall remain and coaei.itato a trust fund for the redemption and payment of said bonds and of tho interest which may be due thereon, whioh unpaid assessments shall be payable in annual series correspond- ing .:.n number to the number of sories of bonds issued, and an even anrmal nronortion of each assessment issued, and an even annual pro- portion of each assessment shall be payable in each year preceding the date of the maturity for each of the soveral series of bonds issued, and such proportion of ea!i a3sessmont coming due in any year, together with the annual interest thereon, shall in turn be payable in install- ments as the general municipal taxes of said City on real property are payable, and shall become delinquent at the same tines and in the same proportionate amounts and bear the same proportionate penalties for delinquency. Said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said City and countersigned by the clerk who shall affix thereto the official seal of said City; the interest coupons affixed thereto shall be signed by the Treasurer or bear his engraved, printed or lithographed signature; and such signing and sealing of said bonds by said officers and signing of said coupons by said Treasurer shall cohstitute and be a sufficient and binding execution of each and every one of said bonds and all of the coupons thereof respedtivoly. Said bonds shall be substantially in the form set forth in said Improvement Bond Act. The interest coupons attached to each of said bonds and ev- idencing the interest to accrue thereon shall be numbered consecutively and be substantially in the following form, to -wit: Coupon No. 2 0 13.28 The City of Azusa, California, will pay to the bearer hereof on the second day of July, 1929 , 0 13.,'(13 at the office of the City Treasurer, said sum being the Beni -annual interest due on Improve- ment Bond No. 1 of Series No. M Dated: July 2nd . 1929 City Treasurer. :Section 3.
