RESOLUTION NO. // O 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF AZUSA AVENUE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 1083 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of the City of Azusa do
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution of Intention
No. 1083 entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
ORDER THE IMPROVEMENT OF PORTIONS OF AZUSA AVENUE,
AND DECLARING THAT THE IMPROVEMENT IS TO BE OF MORE
THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT, 'AND THAT THE
COST OF THE SAID IMPROVEMENT SHALL BE ASSESSED UPON
A DISTRICT, AND DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE IS-
SUED TO REPRESENT COST THEREOF," duly approved and
adopted on the 2nd day of April, 1928 and each and
every part thereof is hereby repealed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly adopted by the City Council of the City
of Azusa at a Special Meeting thereof held on June 7,
1928, by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Demmitt, Stone, Smith,
Dilley, Howard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
