A RESOLUTION' nF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA APPOINTING%/G� D�cr-/f� BUILDING
INSPECTOR OF SAID CITY, AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF BOND
TO BE FURNISHED BY HIM.
The City Council of the City of Azusa
do resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 261, duly passed
by the City Council of the City of Azusa on the 15th
day of November, 1926, and duly approved by the Mayor
of said Council, provides for and makes necessary the
appointment of a Building Inspector for said city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
"��/'�`�� be and he is hereby appointed
building Inspector of the City of Azusa, his compensa-
tion to be that provided for by Section 56 of said
Ordinance No. 261; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Building
Inspector shall bind himself to said city for the faith-
ful performance of the duties of his said office by
furnishing and delivering to said city a good and suf-
ficient surety bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars
($1000.00).
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolu-
tion was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Azusa at an adjourned regular meeting held May 14, 1928,
by the following vote of the Council:
