A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA REPEALING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1070, AND ABANDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE FOOT- HILL BOULEVARD, IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. The City Council of the City of Azusa, California do resolve as follows: WHEREAS protests or objections to the regularity of the proceedings of the City Council of the City of Azusa, California in the matter of acquisition and improvement District No. 1 of said City have been made and filed with the City Clerk, and WHEREAS the validity of many of said objections is recognized and sustained by the said Council, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said City that a resolution entitled "Resolution No. 1070 In the matter of acquisition and improvement District No. 1 of the City of Azusa, California. Resolution of Intention." duly adopted and approved on the 20th day of February, 1928 by the City Council of said City be, and the same is each and every part thereof, hereby repealed and all proceedings for the said improvement of the Foothill Boulevard are hereby abandoned. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting held this 16th day of April, 19282 by the following vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmen: Smith, Dilley, Howard. NOES: Councilmen: Durrell, Martin. ABSENT: None. City Clerk of the City of Azusa. Approved this 16th day of April, 1928. v mac_ F Mayor
