HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 1061RESOLUTION NO. /a 6'/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA OVERRULING PROTESTS AND ACCEPTING THE WORK DONE IRT PARAMOUNT HEIGHTS TRACT UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 919. The City Council of the City of Azusa do resolve as follows: WHEREAS the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Azusa has filed with the City Clerk,his approval.in writing, of the work by Will F. Peck, the Contractor on the Streets in Tract No. 8507, P.I. B. 102- 78, 79, 80, in the City of Azusa, under contract dated May 10, 1927, as described in Resolution of Intention No. 919 of the City of Azusa, and WHEREAS the City Engineer of said City has also filed his approval of said work and WHEREAS The members of the City Council of the City of Azusa have personally inspected said work and are acquainted therewith. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all protests filed against the acceptance of said work be overruled and rejected, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said work under said contractor be approved and accepted and the report of the Superintendent of Streets relative to said work be accepted and approved, and that the assess- ment therein prepared and filed in said matter by the City Engineer of the City of Azusa be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolu- tion was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City a ouncil of the City of Azusa held on the 16th day of January, 1928 by the following vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmen: , NOES: �f ABSENT: Ul—ti Clerk of the My of Azusa.
