RESOLUTION NO. 9 ��
A RESOLUTION OF TIE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIE CITY
OF AZUSA DIRECTING THE ASSESSI.ENT TO BE MADE AND SIGHED BY
TIE CITY ENGINEER.
7a2REAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa
did on the 7th day of February, 1927, pass a Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 948, ordering certain.work and improvements to be made in
pursuance of proceedings taken under the "Improvement Act of 1911"
and which are described in said Resolution of Intention, reference
to said Resolution being hereby expressly made for further part-
iculars;
AND WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees desires that the
assessment hereafter to be made in the proceeding shall be made
• and signed by the Engineer, now therefore it is hereby
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa
that the assessment hereafter to be made, covering cost and ex-
penses of the work to be done and improvement to be made, as des-
cribed in said Resolution of Intention No. 948, shall be made and
• signed by the City Engineer instead of by the Superintendent of
Streets of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa at
a regular meeting held, 1927, by the following vote
