AND ELEVENTH STREETS 1`JITH INSTALL,bTION OF O!?NAMI9 :NTA.L LIGHTING SYSTEM. The City Council of the City of Azusa do resolve as follows: 1°IHER�'AS verbal protest has been made to the City Council of the City of Azusa protesting and object- ing to the installation of lights on Azusa Avenue between Tenth Street (10th) and Eleventh Street (11th), and ".HEREAS the City Council is satisfied that a majority of frontage at said location are opposed to the installation of said work and that it would be a useless evnense to proceed with said work to the time when written protests would be filed under the law, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that all proceedings for the installation of ornamental lights on Azusa Avenue between (10th) Tenth Street and Eleventh Street (11th) be and the same are hereby terminated and abandoned. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting held Jan uary 5, 1931, by the following vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Williams, Muehe, Meier.
