M. 239 The Board of Trustees of the City of .-zusa met in regular session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Trustees: Noon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce, City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: None. The minutes of the meetings held October 15th and 22nd were read and approved as read. The request of the Azusa BaseBall Team for per- mission to conduct a carnival November 20 to 24, inclusive as granted. The Light & Water Superintendent was authorized to purchase the following supplies. 20 5 Amp. Light Meters. 20 5/8 Water Meters. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon, L4eier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. _,bsent: None. AZUSA BASEBALL TEAM GRANTED PERMISSION TO CON- DUCT CARNIVAL. SUPT. LIGHT & WATER TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES. A letter was received from the Pacific Electric LETTER FROM P. E. LAND Land Company relative to zoning Ordinance and was CO. REFERRED TO CITY referred to the City Attorney. ATTY. A letter was received from the Boulder Dam Ass'n. and was on motion laid on the table. The following Resolutibon was presented: A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK' OF THE CITY OF AZUSA TO ADVERTISE FOR SALE CERTAIN MUNICIPAL BONDS OF SAID CITY. The Resolution was read. On motion the same was adopted as read. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: 11140on, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent: None. ,-ETTER PROM BOULDER DAM ASS'N. LAID ON TABLE. RESOLUTION NO. 747 ADOPTED. The following Resolution was presented: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD Or' TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA DECLARING THE OFFICE OF COLLECTOR OF REVENUE OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, IPPOINTING IRENE B. BARNES TO THAT OFFICE AND FIdING HER SALARY OR COLI- PENSATION. The Resolution was read. On motion the same was adopted as read. Carried by the following vote. Ayes: Trustees: Moon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: I1one. Absent: None. The following Resolution was presented: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AND ADOPTING A MAP OF TRACT NO. 7526 ''WITHIN 3 MILES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA. The Resolution was read. On motion the same was adopted as read. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent: None. RESOLUTION NO. 746 ADOPTED. RESOLUTION NO. 748 ADOPTED.
