Presdnt at roll call. Trustees: Meier, Case, Cheno- weth, Peirce, City Clerk and City attorney. Absent. Trustee. Moon, The minutes of the meeting held November 4, 1923 were read and approved as read. The request of the Union Oil Company for permission to remove five pepper trees from in front of their 'property on the corner of Centre and Dalton :,venue and to construct a driveway and bridge over gutter was granted such work to be done under the super- vision of the Street Supt. 7:30 P.M. 245 UNION OIL CO. GRANTED PERMISSION TO REMOVE PEPPER TREES AND CON- STRUCT DRIVEVJAY. Letters were read from the Secretary of the Chamber LETTERS FROPl SEC. OF of Commerce relative to the matter of the collection C.
