The Board of Trustees of the City of Lzusa
met in regular session at the above time and place.
Presdnt at roll call. Trustees: Meier, Case, Cheno-
weth, Peirce, City Clerk and City attorney. Absent.

The minutes of the meeting held November 4, 1923
were read and approved as read.
The request of the Union Oil Company for permission
to remove five pepper trees from in front of their
'property on the corner of Centre and Dalton :,venue
and to construct a driveway and bridge over gutter
was granted such work to be done under the super-
vision of the Street Supt.

It was moved that the follo%:iin�- bills be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn upon the Treasury for BILLS,!
the same.
