A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA OFFERIitG ITS COOPERATION TO THE PROMOTERS OF
THE "INTERNATIONAL CITY", IN 3RINGING THEIR PROJECT
IN THE CITY OF AZUSA TO A SUCCESSFUL ISSUE.
The City Council of the City of Azusa do
resolve as follovâś“s:
V-11,'REAS the members of the City Council are,
and for some time has been, familiar with the project
now under development by the Concern known as "Inter-
national City" or the properties commonly known as
Keeney Grove and Azusa Manor and other properties
within and adjacent to the City of Azusa including an
area of approximately, 1100 acres, and
WHEREAS the City Council is convinced that
this is a splendid location for such project and having
full faith therein,
THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Azusa through it's City Council heartly commend the
said project and we pledge to the promoters our hearty
cooperation in an attempt to bring the project to a
successful issue.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of
the City of Azusa, California, at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day of July 1930, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Williams,
Muehe, Meier.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
