The City Council of the City of I,zusa do
resolve ss follows:
'.'HEREAS Kuhn Bros., Inc have filed with the City
Clerk a request for an extension of thirty days time in
which to complete the contract of said Company --:ith the City
of Azusa for the improvement of Cone-, Avenue and other
streets and a-enues in the Cite of Azusa, and
?ARE?.S Sectio. 6 of t'ne Contract of the Cit,: of
Azusa with the City Engineer required teat no extension of
time be granted except upon the teras stetted in said section

said Kuhn Bros., Inc., agrees to pay to the City Engineer
the actual salaries paid to all engineers, inspectors, etc.,
employed on or in connection wit, sair'. work or. Coney /.venue,
plus 25% from trio date of extension of time to the final
completion of said work and said extension is not in force
or effect until said Company has filed the additional agree-
ment to make such pavi:lents in the Clerk's Office and is
approved by the Cit-, Engineer,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution vas
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Azusa at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of Januar--,
1930, by the following vote of the Council:
YES: Councilmen: Johnson, i,lace, I.iuehe, i;ieier.
NOES: None
ASSENT: Councilman: Demmitt.
