The City Council of the City of Azusa do re-
solve as follows:
"..HEREAS the City Council at its regular meet-
ing held December 2nd, 1929 granted to Vosburg Brothers,
Inc., leave to place pipe line across Soutl, Vernon ,ve-
nue, First Street, Third Street, Fifth Street and Foot-
hill Boulevard, at approximately the point designated
in the request filed by said Vosburg Brothers, Inc., and
''!HHREAS it was the intention to w ant said
permit to said Vosburg "rothers, Inc., and i`s assign.
