A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, LEVYING TAXES AND FIXING THE TAX RATE OF ALL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY FOR ALL MUNICIPAL PURPOSES AND TO PAY THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS THEREOF AND INTEREST ON THE SAi,1E FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1937-1938. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: Section 1. That there is hereby levied, and that the rate of taxation on all property in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles County, California, for the fiscal year 1937-1938 (beginning with the first day of July 1937 and ending with the thirtieth day of June 1938) is hereby fixed as follows: One Dollar and Sixty-three Cents ($1.63) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) valuation in said City (using as a basis the value of property as it appears on the Assessment Roll for that year), divided as follows: General Fund . . . . . . . . . .. 1.00 Library Fund . . . . . . . ... . . . . .12 Building Bond 1903 . . . . . . . . . .01 City Hall Bond 1927 . . . . . . .14 Park Bond 1908 . . . . . . . . . . . .01 Street Work Bond 1910 . . . . . .06 Street Work Bond 1920 . . . . . . . .13 Street Bond 1924 . . . . . . . . . . .08 Deficiency Fund, 1915 Act .08 Total Rate . . . . . . . 1.63 0 0 0 0 to provide for raising the necessary revenue of said City for said current fiscal year and to pay the bonded indebtedness and interest on the same for the said current fiscal year 1937-1938. Section 2. The City Clerk shall furnish a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer who shall apportion the moneys received from taxes and otherwise, from time to time as required and convenient. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 19370 by the following vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmen: STROMMIER, MC INTIRE, ARNOLD, CHESTER, CARR.
