A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, APPOINT-
ING ALBERT H. BILLER CITY ATTORERY ANP) FIX117.G
HIS SALARY OR :COMPENSATION.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve
as follows:—
WHEREAS the term of office of Albert H. Stiller as
City Attorney of the City of Azusa expires during the
month of April, 1936, and it is the intention of the
City Council of said City to appoint said Albert H.
Stiller as city attorney for an additional term:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Albert H. Liller be
and the same is hereby appointed city attorney 6f the
City of Azusa, Los Angeles,Oounty, California, effect-
ive April 1, 1936 for a term expiring May 1, 1937s at
a salary of glob, per month to be paid during
the term of office, providing that additional corpensa-
tion in a reasonable sum shall be paid for any legal
services performed by said attorney relative to any
action in any court other than in the City Court of
the City of Azusa, and providing further, that ashen
traveling outside of the City of Azusa on City busi-
ness, mileage be allowed said City Attorney of 6 cents
per mile plus other actual ezponses.
