The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa,
met in regular adjourned session at the
above time and place.
Present -at roll call: Trustees: Beier, Case,
Chenoweth, Peirce. City Clerk. Absent: Trustee:
Moon and City Attorney.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING POR THE ISSUING OF BONDS
FOR THE CITY OF AZUSA IN THE SUM OF FIFTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE ACQUISITION, CON-
ORDINANCE NO. 229
STRUCTION.AND COMPLETION OF STREET NORF UPON
ADOPTED.
THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, SPECIFI-
CALLY, PORTIONS OF FIRST STREET? FOURTH STREET,
FIFTH STREET, CENTRE STREET, AZUSA!'AVENUE, CERRITOS
;,VENUE IND ANGELENO AVENUE, AS WELL AS ALL OF SECOND
STREET, THIRD STREET, EIGHTH STREET, NINTH STREET,
ELEVENTH.STREET.AND CRE;"CENT DRIVE.

The Ordinance was read.
On motion duly carried the Ordinance was declared
read for the second time and taken up for its third
reading and final passage.
The Ordinance was read.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Meier,
Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent: Moon.
The following Resolution was presented:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA,.CALIFORNIA, CALLING A GENERAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON THE 14th DAY RESOLUTION NO. 766
OF APRIL, 1924, GIVING GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ADOPTED.
THE VOTING PRECINCT, AND LOCATION OF THE POLLING
PLACE,.APPOINTING THE ELECTION OFFICERS 'THEREFOR y
AND DIRECTING NOTICE TO BE GIVEN OF SUCH EL:CTION
AS.REQUIRED BY LAW.
The Resolution was read.
On motion the same was adopted as read.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes. Trustees: Meier,
Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent: Trustee:
Moon.
