M. 301 The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa, met in regular session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Trustees. Iiloon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce, City Clerk and City Attorney. Absent: None. The minutes of the meetings held March 3rd and 4th, 1924 were read and approved as read. TRACT NO. 8501 IN THE CITY OF AZUSA. The Resolution was read. On motion the same was adopted as read. Carried by the following vote: Ayes; Trustees: Moon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. BONDS 302 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 17th, 1924 The following Resolution was presented: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF $1500 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.AND $1500 FROM THE WATER FUND TO THE GENERAL.FUND. The Resolution was read. On motion the same was adopted as read. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Moon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. RESOLVED: That the President of the Board of Trustees and the City Clerk be authorized to execute an accept- ance of the Declaration of Trust of the Title Insurance and Trust Company in the name of the City and over the City seal, which said Declaration of Trust shall apply to all of Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Twenty-six (26) and Twenty-seven (27), Subdivision No. 2, :zusa Land and Water Company ezeept the northerly Fifty feet there- of and which said Declaration of Trust shall first be approved in writing by the City Attorney of the City of Azusa. RESOLVED: That the time within which the sum of I/ $10,000.00 is required to be paid to the City of Azusa, and within which the sum of $240,000.00 is to be placed on deposit with the Yirst National Bank of Azusa in the contract between the City of Azusa and Fred S. Lack be and the same is hereby extended to conform to the terms of the Declaration of Trust in which the Title Insurance and Trust Company appears'as Trustee, the City of Azusa appears as Payee and Fred S.
