ITS CITRUS FRUIT TO SAID ASSOCIATION AM THAT
THE AGREK:Ei•?^1 TO THAT EFFECT IS HEREBY DECLARED
TERI;INATED.
WHEREAS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA has determined that it is for the best interests
of said City that it discontinue delivering the citrus
fruit grown on City property to the Azusa Citrus Associa-
tion; and
',7HEREAS it is necessary under the bar-la.w7s
of said association that notice be given to said associa-
tion by the City of such discontinuance:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Azusa that the L?ayor and the Clerk
of said City be hereby authorized and directed to notify
in writing the said Azusa Citrus Association that the
City of Azusa has decided to cease delivering the citrus
fruit grown on City property to the Azusa Citrus Association
and that the contract for such delivery is hereby cancelled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the I.Iayor shall
sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same
and certify to the passage and adoption thereof.
