The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Trustees: Meier, Case,
Peirce, City Clerk and City Attorney. Absent:
Trustees: Moon and Che mweth.

On motion duly carried the request of W. H. W. H. LOVELACE, ST. SUPT.
Lovelace, Street Superintendent for a 30 day GRANTED 30 DAY LEAVE OF
leave of absence was granted. ABSENCE. -
On motion duly carried the special Bond of the TREASURER'S SPECIAL BOND
'City Treasurer covering Street Work Bond Fund COVERING S. W. B. F. #2
No. 2 was approved and accepted. APPROVED AND ACCEPTED.
Trustees Chenoweth and Moon now present.
It was moved and carried that when the Board ADJOURN TO MEET MAY 13, 1924
adjourn it adjourn to meet May 13, 1924 at 7k30 P. M.

It was moved that two men be employed for the TWO MEN TO BE EMPLOYED FOR
remainder of the week for special police work. SPECIAL POLICE WORK.
