RESOLUTION DF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF AWS!,,
CT LIFORNIL, ..CCEPTING BID, QUITCL;:Vd DEED ONLY;
TO CITY OWNED RT -IL PROPERTY .
THLT V.HERE.S, the City of .'.zusa is desirous of selling certain
parcels of real property heretofore acquired by the City by virtue
of tax deeds, in order that the said properties be restorud to the
tax rolls, and
V�,HEREl.S, the Cityls notico of intention to sell said properties,
designated as "Notice ',io<. One of Intention to Sell City of Azusa
Owned Real Property and Inv°.ting Bids or Offers Therefor.", has'
heretofore been duly publi.:;cd, and
` HEREi:S, John Cornejo
did heretofore, pursuant to said published notice of intention to
sell, file his written bid with the City Clerk of the City of Azusa
to purchase, by quitclaim deed and on a cash basis, the real prop-
erty hcrtinafter described, which bid was by the City Counoil at its
meeting held on the 19th day, of February _, 19_A.5public-

terms and conditions:
Cash within 30 days
AND WHERE._S, it is the opinion of this Council that it would
be to the best interest of the City of ::zusa to accept said bid,

Section 1: That the offer of John Cornejo
to purchase from City of .:zus,,, upon the tcrms.and con-
ditions as set out in said offer and as above set forth, that
certain real property si.tuatcd within the City and described as
follows:

be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2: That the iayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute, attest, seal and deliver to said
purchaser a quitclaim deed of said parcels of real property.,
