HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 1835CD RESOLUTION NO. 1835 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, LEVYING TAXES AND FIXING THE RATE OF ALL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY FOR ALL MUNICIPAL PURPOSES AND TO PAY THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS AND INTEREST ON THE SAME FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1944-1945.• . The City Council of the City of -Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That there is hereby levied, and that the rate of taxation of all property in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles County, California, for the fiscal year 1944-1945 (beginning with the 1st day of July, 1944, and ending with the 30th day of June, 1945,) is hereby fixed as follows: $1.50 on each $100.00 valuation in said City, (using as a basis the value of property as it appears on the assessment roll for that year) divided as follows: General Fund ----------------gyp 1.00 Library Fund---------------- .14 City Hall Bond, 1927-------- .13 Park Bond, 1908------------- .01 Street Work Bond, 1910------ .02 Street Work Bond, 1920------ .12 Street Bond, 1924----------- .08 Total----------------------- 1.50 to provide for raising the necessary revenue of said City for said current fiscal year, and to pay the bonded indebtedness and interest on the same for said current fiscal year 1944-1945. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall furnish a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer who shall apportion the moneys received for taxes and otherwise from time to time as required and convenient.
