CALIFORNIA FLEETWOOD 4.1204 uoy,416282 fAGE234 RESOLUTION NO. 3108 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT OF kASEMENT FROM AZUSA PROPERTIES, INC., A CORPORATION, TO THE CITY OF AZUSA AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING THEREOF. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows; SECTION 1. That that certain Grant of Easement to the. City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, dated September 27, 1954, signed by Nathan S. Krems as President and Ben Krems as Vice President of Azusa Properties, Inc., a corporation, be and the same is hereby accepted. THAT in said Grant of Easement the following property is more particularly described as follows; A 12 ft, strip, 6 feet on either side of the following centerline; Commencing at a point on the West boundary of lot 86 of Subdivision No. 2 of Azusa Land and Water Company as shown on map recorded in Book 43, page 94 of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, said point being 652 ft. northerly of the Southwest corner of said lot 86; thence easterly on a line parallel to the south boundary of said lot 86 to a point 22.65 feet easterly of the east boundary of lot 86• thence southerly on a line parallel to the easy boundary of said lot 86 to the intersection with the south line of lot 87 of said. Subdivision No. 2. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attach to said Grant of Easement, above mentioned, a certified copy of this Resolution, and said City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to cause said Grant of Easement, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said Los Angeles County. SECTION 3. I& bD` MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AZUSA PROPERTIES,INC. 550446282 ;�,:j287 A special meeting of the board of directors of Azusa Properties,Inc was held at the offices of the corporation, 1227 South La Area Avenue, Los Angeles, California, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., on the 27th day of September,l954. All of the directors were present in person.
