The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the'above time
and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees: Meier, Case,
Chenoweth, Peirce, Moon, City Clerk and City
Attorney. Absent: None.
The minutes of the meeting held November 17,
1924 were read and approved as read.

sal of the Light and Water systems and the
setting up of a special accounting system there-
on was referred to the Committee of the Whole

An affidavit was filed by Robert N. McLean,
Associate Director of National Missions of the
Presbyterian Church certifying that the east
55 ft. of Lots 36-37-38 in Block 36 in the City
of Azusa are used exclusively for religious pur-
poses and it was moved that the City Clerk be
instructed to draw a warrant to said Robert N.
McLean for $48.88 tax refund.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees:
Moon, Meier, Case, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None.
Absent: None.

It was moved that the City Clerk be author-
ized to draw a warrant in favor of G. L.
Robinson for $26.25, tax refund upon the
filing of an affidavit by Mr. Robinson that
the improvement'on Lot 9, Block 6 were not
commenced on the let Monday in March.

The -following Resolution was presented.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF�AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE
OFFICE:OF CITY AUDITOR VACANT AND APPOINTING
FRANK A. SANDERS TO THAT OFFICE AND FIXING
HIS SALARY'OR COMPENSATION.
The Resolution was read.
On motion the same was adopted as read.

On motion duly carried the application of Fred
Williams and Herman L. Gray for permission to
construct driveways into their respective
properties was granted; such work to be done
under the supervision of the Street Superinten-
dent.
It was moved and carried that when the Board
adjourn it adjourn to meet Friday Dec. 5, 1924
at 7:00 P. M.
It was moved that the following bills be allow-
ed and warrants ordered drawn upon the Treasury
for the same.
