RESOLUTION NO. 3259
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING AN ALLOWANCE TO THE CITY ENGINEER
FOR THE USE OF HIS PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE IN
CONNECTION WITH HIS CITY EMPLOYMENT AND
FIXING THE AMOUNT.
WHEREAS, the City of Azusa has not *furnished and is not
furnishing an automobile to the office of City Engineer.; and
WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary for the City Engineer
to use his personal automobile in connection with his work as
City Engineer as well as furnish his own gas for the operation
of said automobile.
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Azusa does
resolve as follows:
That the City Engineer be allowed the sum of $60.00 per
month for the use of his automobile in connection with his City
work and for furnishing gas in connection with the operation
of the same and that said allowance be paid at the same time
that the salary of the City Engineer is payable.,,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor shall sign this
Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same and certify
to the passage and adoption thereof.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa
at a regular meeting of said Council of said City, held in the
regular Council Chambers of said City Council in said City,
July 18, 1955, and that the same was passed by the following
vote of the Council:
