AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AND THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEST SAME: ' The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: BE IT RESOLVED THAT that certain Agreement and Application for Installation of Water Main dated June 9, 1955, between the City of Azusa Mater Department and RUSSELL-& PROULX, INC. the original of which is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Azusa) -be and the same is hereby approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Council of the City of Azusa hereby approve said contract and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest the same and deliver a copy thereof to RUSSELL & PROULS, INC. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Mayor shall sign the Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same and certify to the passage and adoption thereof. y. It is further agreed that when such water main and appurtenances have been completed it shall there- after be the sole property of the City of Azusa and maintained and operated by it and at its own cost and expense.
