The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the above time
and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees: Peirce, Moon,
Meier, Chenoweth, City Attorney and City Clerk.
Absent: Trustee: Case.
It was regularly moved and carried that Trustee

The minutes of the last regular meeting held
March 16th, 1925 were read and approved as read.

HELD IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ON THE let DAY OF JUNE, 1925,
AND SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF SAID
CITY THE PROPOSITION OF INCURRING A BONDED DEBT
IN THE SUM OF TEN THOUSAND 0"10,000.00 DOLLARS,
FOR TIM ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AIM C01PLETION
BY SAID CITY OF AZUSA OF THE FOLLOWING MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENTS, TO -WIT:
THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION
OF LIGHT AND POWER WORKS AND PLANTS IN THE CITY
OF AZUSA; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUE OF BONDS THERE-
FOR AND FOR THE LEVY OF A TAX FOR THE PAYMENT OF
SAID BONDS: DESIGNATING THE ELECTION PRECINCT AND
POLLING PLACE, AND APPOINTING THE ELECTION OFFICERS
FOR SAID ELECTION.

The following Ordinance was presented:

FRONT ON PUBLIC STREETS IN THE CITY OF AZUSA AND
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 85 OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
IN RELATION THERETO ADOPTED ON THE 20th DAY OF
JUNE,.19U6, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDIN-
ANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
The Ordinance.was read.
It was moved that the Ordinance be declared read
for the first time and laid over to next meeting.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees.

ORDINANCE READ.
The following Resolution was presented:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA,.CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR SHE TRANSFER RESOLUTION NO. 825
OF $750.00 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE WATER FUND ADOPTED.
AND $250.00.FROM THE LIGHT'FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
The Resolution was read.
On motion the same was adopted as read.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees: Noon,
Meier, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes: None. Absent: Trustee:
Case.
On motion the matter of the purchase of a billing
machine for the Water and Light Department was re-
ferred to the Committee of the Whole to report at
next meeting.
It was moved that the following bills be allowed
and warrants ordered drawn upon the Treasury for
the same.
